Total Remodel by Chase did a renovation of my master bathroom and closet. I interviewed several contractors but was impressed by Chase's professionalism and knowledge. I loved the fact that they use an app to track everything. So I could look at the app and know what was scheduled for each day, what time the work would start, and show the status of payments and the balance due.
My project manager responded to all my texts and questions very quickly. He was on site several days a week to make sure everything was done correctly. I was very impressed with their tile contractor, Cesar. I was also impressed with Matt, who wanted to work the Friday of the epic snow/ice storm.
This was my first renovation and they took great care of me! I would highly recommend Total Remodel by Chase and will definitely use them when I am ready with my next project.
